In January, we had the pleasure of hosting a special medical observation group, in collaboration with Loop Abroad, from the State University of New York at Cortland, or SUNY Cortland. Dr.Chatfield, along with Dr.Curtis helped us run this program with students: Giuliana, Mamadou, Ava, Abbey, Dwayne, Keolani, and Kyla. In addition to hospital department observations, the group also took part in service work and cultural activities. They were a great group and we look forward to hopefully hosting more groups from SUNY Cortland in the future!
Volunteer Stories!
Make a Lasting Impact as a
Volunteer or Intern in Thailand
These projects provide authentic access to Thai communities, beyond typical tourist experiences. The connections formed while volunteering create lasting impacts, both for volunteers and the local people whose lives they touch.
